EquAItor ("we", "us") provides AI, software, cloud and digital marketing services from Toronto, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through equaitor.ca. Questions can be sent to contact@equaitor.ca.

• Information you send us. When you use the contact or consultation forms we receive your name, email address and message, and any company, phone number, subject or topics you choose to add.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site. We use IP addresses briefly to limit repeated form submissions.

We do not knowingly collect information from children.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations you request.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fix problems.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside Canada. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads no third-party trackers. Our fonts are served from our own domain.

We store one item in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. If we add optional analytics in future, it will only run after you accept. Change your cookie settings.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, including under Canada's PIPEDA and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email contact@equaitor.ca. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers, form input is validated on the server, and access to submitted information is limited to our team.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
